Maxi Twin looks different. Unlike other passive sling lifts, it has twin masts, which not only improve stability and weight distribution, but also give the machine an attractive, modern open design.

• Open design enables better eye-contact between carer and resident.
• Twin masts are used as ergonomic steering handles.
• New comprehensive range of clip and loop slings. Clip slings allow use of DPS (Dynamic Positioning System) or Powered DPS. For loop slings, the Quick Release Pin allows fast interchange between three sizes of loop spreader bar.

Making tasks easier and safer

Maxi Twin is simple to operate. All powered functions, including Powered DPS are controlled via the handset enabling routines to be carried out without manual lifting. Staff benefit from maximum assistance in lifting, positioning and rotating the resident in the sling. The resident can be gently rotated 360 degrees in the sling, which enhances the safety and efficiency of transfer routines. Another advantage for resident transfers, is the machine’s excellent lifting range and reach.

Improving efficiency

Maxi Twin supports one-carer operation in daily transfers and emergency lifts from the floor. It is suitable for patients and residents who have no capacity to support themselves in care environments such as residential homes, nursing homes and special schools. With a 2x battery system, the lift is always ready for use. Integrated scale option enables residents to be weighed during transfers.
